This is an animation I found in The Australian today. It is funny even though I wouldn’t know who Ricky Ponting is, he is probably the captain of the Australian Cricket Team that won the World Cup Yesterday!

Today I feel the Australians opened a door to their country at a jar for me. Should I really want to live in Australia that they are welcoming me. I feel so much love for Australia, and my love has only gotten stronger over the last couple of years. I basically have two problems to solve if I really want to move Down Under. One is my health, about which I cannot change anything, but which isn’t a problem for the Australians because I told them all about it. The second problem is the Dutch government, that the Dutch will never let me leave The Netherlands for immigration, which is wrong by them, after all the Dutch have done to me over the last 20 years they should just set me free, the Dutch manipulated me into such a mess that I even contemplated suicide, which wasn’t necessary at all, but which fit in the Dutch plan to defeat me! I would feel at home in Australia! I would want to live in Melbourne, Victoria.

I want to program my PC because it is fun to do, and because it isn’t too difficult for me. Unfortunately I am unable to decide to open my C# IDE and start working on my programming project. I think that the Dutch swapped my desire for programming (which I want to do) with something I do not want to do! There is a barrier in my mind to stop me from starting to work on my programming project. I feel programming is deliberately denied to me by the people who control me, and that this gets me really angry! This is unfair! Another example where it clearly shows that I am lacking freedom of thought: I was preparing to make a video for my dating site profile. And that I thought to myself: “I am not going to mention my real name…” After doing 10 takes I discovered that in all takes I said: “My name is Aljo.” While I clearly decided I didn’t want to do this! It is so clear to me that certain people control my thinking process and that my shrink still treats this as an illness, while illness has got nothing to do with it!

Last night I dreamt I had an affair with a pretty blonde Russian female, and that we had great sex! It was just right, the way I would want it. I am wondering if this dream means that I am not going to get a woman I would want – like in this dream – for real.

All Dutch radio stations play new hits and in between these hits the presenters talk about one thing: ‘Sex’, and to a lesser extent talk about relationships and absurd stories in the news. At first it is addictive that the presenters are going on and on about relationships and sex stories, but after a few years I got to feel like I no longer wanted to hear these presenters’ stories. So then I had a problem because most Dutch commercial stations do this ‘sex-gossip’. I remember that when I could still listen to American military radio (AFN) that their disc jockeys weren’t allowed to air personal messages. The only personal messages I ever heard on AFN were a marriage proposal on air on AFN Soesterberg and an AFN SHAPE presenter who said about a new version of the hit ‘25-or-6-to-4’ by the group Chicago, that he didn’t like it, but that he wasn’t actually allowed to air his personal opinion. It could be that Dutch stations do this sex-talk because on AFN it would never ever be allowed for AFN presenters to chat sex. This would be incompatible with military conduct! But this kind of programming is only interesting for adolescents and that 7 out of 10 Dutch commercial national radio stations target the audience of people between ages 13 and 30. So one or two stations make a profit, so because there aren’t enough listeners in this age group some 5 Dutch commercial radio stations barely break even. So business wise it is a bad idea to make radio for adolescents only. I figure it now is apparent that I am missing AFN, because the sex-chat isn’t the only thing which is wrong with Dutch radio. Dutch radio for instance play nice global hits mixed with irritating Dutch songs. So what is happening to me while listening to Dutch radio is that for instance I am enjoying Shakira and then the next record this station plays is some depressing song in Dutch, which ruins my good mood instantly, so then I switch my radio to the next Dutch radio station but after 15 minutes they too will play a Dutch song I hate so you can imagine that listening to Dutch radio means a lot of zapping between stations to me. This makes me long for the day that I will be able to immigrate to Australia! Australian radio is all about passion for music, and romance not just sex. These are the differences between Dutch commercial stations on the one side and Australian and American stations on the other side.

This is an animation about the Australian parliamentary elections, which will be held later this year. The incumbant is Prime Minister John Howard, and the Opposition Leader is Mr Kevin Rudd. This animation is about a cricket match and that the maker of this cartoon is trying to view the elections as a cricket match. It is really funny!

My previous firewall was suddenly gone from my system. So I used the WindowsXP firewall. But then I discovered the Comodo-firewall, a very advanced and free firewall. So I installed this firewall and liked the look and feel of it. But then I got a problem with my ADSL connection because every 120 minutes my connection would be terminated. At first I didn’t realize that this was caused by this firewall software. After a few days, also my Internet streams were no longer active and I could no longer listen to American and Australian web stations like I used to do. So I called my Internet Service Provider and they told me the problem originated with my firewall. So to see if it would help I un-installed the Comodo-firewall and to my amazement my PC is good again! But because I liked the Comodo-firewall and that I noticed it is a very complex piece of software, that I looked at the Comodo support site and discovered that the disconnection of ADSL could be fixed by switching off some option in the configuration of the firewall. So I might see if I can find out how to fix the problems of configuring the Comodo-firewall because this is a very high tech and nice piece of software! Maybe it is a little bit too complex.

This is my Julia Set, which is modelled after a picture on the website where I learned how to use cyclic colours. In all I used some 5 different books and several websites to get this program, with a source of about two and a half pages, to generate the exact same picture as the fractal program on this Internet site I found. This is a pretty picture don’t you think?

Well, with the help of several books I finally got the cyclic Colour Space understood and working correctly. I just made this picture of a Julia Set and it has shades from red to yellow to green, but no purple or blue, so this program isn’t perfect yet. It must be a minor mistake in the method which computes the Julia Set, because when I generate a test screen I do get all colours. Will figure out what needs to be improved, later. Still I am content with the progress I am making lately…
