My Most Favorite Radio Personality.
Since a few months I have been listening to Canadian rock station: TheRock.FM. Their Midday show weekdays is presented by Vanessa Murphy and I kind of like her. Her show is my favorite at the moment, and she is my most appreciated Rock Jock.

On Saturday – November 24th – Australia will vote for a new Parliament. The incumbent is right wing Prime Minister John Howard. The left wing opposition leader is Mr Kevin Rudd. The polls say that the Opposition is ahead, so most likely Mr Rudd will be elected Prime Minister of Australia. This animation is about aspects of these particular elections. It is called ‘Keatings Dream’ but that I wouldn’t know who Mr Keating is. He is probably a member of the Australian Labor Party. These animations are always so much fun!

This Is Missy Higgins.
During the last three months of 1999 I emailed twice a week with an Australian woman aged 29 whom I had met on the Internet. In 2000 our email conversation ended because I had written her I wanted to become an Australian. Years later I got an email from a male friend of her, or it could have been her brother. He wrote me her real name was Erica. She visited my homepage and liked it. I never got to see a photo of her, but I did have an idea in my mind as to what she looked like. Now years later there is a new female Australian singer songwriter by the name of Missy Higgins and that she is precisely the person I figured in 1999 was like Erica!
